Not loving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:
- Is in brand new condition
- Is accompanied by the original tags and packaging
- Is returned within the first 30 days of when the order has been delivered
To initiate a return or replacement:
- You MUST email us at info@floopi.com and let us know you’re a customer from our special sale event. (Please allow us 24–36 hours to respond to your return request.)
- Please include the words “Flash Sale” in the subject line followed by your order number starting with #Gfloopi.
- In the body of the email please state your full name, order ID, product or SKU being returned/exchanged, and reason for the return.
DO NOT send back an order without contacting us first.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. We will provide a pre-paid label to be used to return your items (returns are via USPS or UPS). Return shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 that will be deducted from your refund whether you are returning for a refund or an exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Undeliverable Packages: If a customer refused a package or provided an incorrect or invalid address and their order was returned to us, we will reach out to arrange a solution. Please note that in order for us to reship the order, a re-shipping fee of $3.99 will need to be paid. If no response is received within 10 business days, we will refund your order minus the return shipping postage incurred by the carrier.
- If your product comes back used or showing signs of wear and tear, we will not be able to refund your order.
- If the product is defective, please mention that to the customer service rep and we will be able to issue a full refund or set up a replacement order.
Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and can take up to 2 weeks to fully process.
